Privacy Policy

This policy is drafted in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), and the principles of the GDPR.

1. Introduction and Definitions

This privacy policy explains how Actvtec collects, uses, stores, processes and transfers personal information about site users, clients, enquirers and other interested parties.

  • Personal information: any information that identifies an individual, or that can be used to identify them by reasonable means, whether directly or indirectly.
  • Data processing: any action performed on information, including collection, storage, use, analysis, transfer or deletion.
  • The site: our website, landing pages, online forms, measurement systems and any other digital service operated by the company.

2. Consent and Use of the Site

Using the site, filling out forms or continuing to browse constitutes acceptance of this policy. You are under no legal obligation to provide information, but without certain information we will not be able to provide the full range of our services.

3. Types of Information We Collect

  • Identifying information: full name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of enquiries you submit on your own initiative.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system and access times — collected automatically.
  • Behavioral information: pages viewed, time spent, clicks and analytics data used to improve the user experience.

4. Cookies and Tracking Tools

The site uses standard tracking technologies for a range of purposes:

  • Essential cookies: required for the security and basic functioning of the site.
  • Performance cookies: Google Analytics — measuring traffic, analyzing usage and improving performance.
  • Marketing cookies: Google Ads and the Meta Pixel — measuring campaigns, targeted advertising and tailoring content.

You can block cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may impair some of the site's functionality.

5. How We Use the Information

  • Providing services, advice and responses to user enquiries.
  • Making contact and managing business relationships.
  • Improving our services, analyzing site activity and optimizing the user experience.
  • Direct marketing, professional updates and service offers — subject to explicit consent and in accordance with the law.
  • Data security, preventing misuse and complying with legal requirements.

6. Sharing Information with Third Parties

Information may be transferred to external service providers acting on our behalf, including:

  • Cloud hosting and processing services.
  • Data analytics systems and CRM platforms.
  • Digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta) — for campaign measurement only.
  • Email marketing and marketing automation systems.

These providers may use the information solely to deliver the service ordered, and are bound by confidentiality and data security obligations. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, a court order or a competent authority.

7. Transfer of Information Outside Israel

Some of the technological services we use operate via international servers. As a result, information may be processed or stored outside Israel — including in European Union countries and the United States — depending on the services active on the site.

8. Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to conduct proper business operations, or as required by law. Statistical information that does not identify individual users may be retained even after the relationship has ended.

9. Data Security

Actvtec applies accepted measures to protect information:

  • SSL encryption across all pages of the site.
  • Strict access controls and permissions.
  • Periodic backups and separation of working environments.

That said, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against intrusion into information systems.

10. Rights of Data Subjects

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, every individual is entitled to review the information held about them. You may request correction, deletion, or removal from marketing mailing lists. Requests will be handled within a reasonable time. For such requests, see the contact details in Section 14.

11. Unsubscribing from Mailings

Every marketing message we send includes a link to unsubscribe from the list. You may also contact us directly to request removal at any time. Removal will be carried out within a reasonable time and in accordance with the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742–1982.

12. Minors

The site is not intended for minors under the age of 18 and does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If it emerges that such information has been provided, the company will act to delete it as soon as possible.

13. Changes to This Policy

The company may update this policy from time to time in response to technological, business or legal changes. The updated version will be published on the site. Continued use of the site after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated text.
