From frustration to a solution

Ziv Goldosser, the founder of Actvtec, was on your side of the table before he started the company.

As a marketing manager at retail companies, he knew what it's like to sit across from an agency showing off impressive charts — but when a simple question came up, like "how much did a lead cost us?", no one had an answer. The agency ran the tools. Nobody understood the business.

In 2006 he founded Actvtec to bridge that gap: a company that speaks business, not just advertising.

Who leads Actvtec

Ziv Goldosser, M.B.A — CEO, owner and chief strategist

Ziv didn't come to digital marketing through online courses and YouTube videos. He came to it through an MBA from Tel Aviv University with a specialization in marketing, and years of working as a marketing manager at retail and wholesale companies.

When Ziv runs a campaign, he doesn't just look at CTR and CPC. He asks an entirely different set of questions: What's the client's business model? What's the lifetime value (LTV) of a customer? How does the competition price itself, and where can we find an edge? What story does the brand need to tell to stand out?

This isn't just an academic mindset. It's also nearly two decades of hands-on experience: Ziv personally manages Actvtec's key clients, advises management teams on marketing strategy, and is still close to the data — keeping an eye on campaigns in real time, writing scripts and building automations.

You have full access to the systems 24/7. Campaigns run under your account, not ours — so if you ever decide to leave, everything stays with you. Your data, your history, all of it open. We don't keep "trade secrets," because we have nothing to hide.
