Use of this site, of the services offered on it, and the purchase of digital products are subject to the terms set out below. Reading and understanding these terms is a precondition for any use. If you do not agree to the terms — you should refrain from using the site.

1. Definitions

The company / Actvtec: Actvtec Ltd., company no. 513924662, 9 Rehovot Hanahar St., Ramat Gan.
The site: all web pages, landing pages, forms and digital tools operating under the domain actvtec.co.il and any of its subdomains.
User: any individual or entity using the site, including visitors, prospective clients, existing clients and purchasers of products.
Services: Google Ads management, SEO, GEO, landing page development, marketing consulting and any other service offered by the company.
Digital products: e-books, courses, online tools and content materials available for download or online access.
Content: all text, images, graphics, video, code, data and information appearing on the site.

2. Acceptance of the Terms and Consent

Each of the following actions constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms of use:

Browsing or spending time on the site.
Filling out a contact form, requesting a quote, or subscribing to the newsletter.
Purchasing a service or a digital product.
Contacting the company through any digital channel linked to the site.

Minimum age for use: 18. Minors may not use the site without the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Description of the Services and How They Are Provided

Actvtec provides professional digital marketing services to businesses. The terms of any specific service will be set out in a separate agreement signed between the parties, and not on this page alone.

Google Ads management: managing campaigns on the Google Ads platform in line with the agreed objectives. Campaign results depend on factors that are not entirely within the company's control, including the competitiveness of the sector, the client's budget, and changes to Google's algorithm.
SEO and GEO: organic ranking work and optimization for AI engines. The time it takes for results to appear varies and is not guaranteed. The company is not responsible for changes to search engine algorithms.
Landing page development: design and development according to the brief agreed with the client. Responsibility for specific content, data, and medical / legal / financial information rests solely with the client.
Consulting: advice is provided based on the best professional knowledge and does not constitute legal, financial or medical advice.

4. Digital Products — Purchase and Cancellation Policy

Book / Course / Tools

When purchasing a digital product from Actvtec, the following terms apply:

Delivery: the product will be delivered to the email address registered at the time of purchase within a reasonable time after payment is confirmed.
License to use: the purchase grants a personal, non-transferable and non-commercial license to use the product. You may not copy, distribute, resell, publish, translate or make any commercial use of it without the company's written consent.
Cancellation: under the Consumer Protection Law, a digital product that has been downloaded or viewed cannot be cancelled, unless a material technical defect is demonstrated. Before downloading — you may cancel within 14 days.
Responsibility for content: the information in the digital products is accurate as of the date of publication. Actvtec does not undertake to update content and is not responsible for the results of using it.

5. Payments, Transactions and Service Cancellation Policy

Service prices will be set out in a signed quote and/or a specific invoice/agreement.
Payment constitutes approval to begin work. Hours already worked will not be refunded.
Cancelling an ongoing service (such as monthly Ads management) requires 30 days' prior written notice.
Work that has begun but was not completed due to the client's request will be charged according to the scope of work performed.
The company reserves the right to suspend a service due to non-payment, with 7 days' prior notice.
Any dispute regarding a charge must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content, designs, logos, text, digital tools, articles and promotional materials on the site are the exclusive property of Actvtec Ltd., unless expressly stated otherwise.

Copying, reproduction, distribution, publication or any commercial use without express written consent is prohibited.
Partial quotation for study or review purposes is permitted provided the source is credited: "Actvtec Ltd., actvtec.co.il".
Content the company creates for a client (ads, landing pages, content) will transfer to the client's ownership upon full payment, unless agreed otherwise.
The "Actvtec" logo, brand and name are registered trademarks. Using them without consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability and No Guarantee of Results

Actvtec undertakes to work to the best of its professional ability. That said, it is expressly clarified that:

No guarantee of results: digital marketing is affected by many external factors. The company does not undertake to achieve any specific revenue, sales, ranking or exposure targets.
Algorithm changes: Google, Meta and AI engines change their algorithms without prior notice. The company will not be responsible for fluctuations in results arising from such changes.
Information on the site: the content on the site is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
External links: links to external sites are provided for the user's convenience. Actvtec has no control over them and is not responsible for their content.
Technical faults: the company is not responsible for damages arising from service interruptions, technical faults, viruses, or unauthorized access to third-party systems.
Liability cap: in any event, the company's liability will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific service that is the subject of the claim, in the 12 months preceding the event.

8. User Obligations and Permitted Conduct

By using the site, the user undertakes that:

They are 18 or older and have full legal capacity.
The information they provided in forms is true, accurate and up to date.
They will not use the site to spread spam, offensive content, fraud, or harm to a third party.
They will not attempt to hack, scan, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the functioning of the site.
They will not publish false information about the company, steal an identity, or attempt to impersonate.
They will not attempt to collect information about other users without their consent.

Breaching these terms entitles the company to block access and/or pursue legal proceedings.

9. Changes, Suspension and Discontinuation of Service

The company may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site or the services at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
The company may refuse to provide service to any individual or entity, at its discretion, and in accordance with the law.
When the company discontinues an ongoing service, it will make an effort to give 30 days' prior notice, except in the case of a material breach of the terms by the user.

10. Mailings, Newsletter and Direct Marketing

Subscribing to the newsletter or checking a consent box in the site's forms constitutes consent to receive marketing and professional content from Actvtec by email.

Every message contains a link to unsubscribe from the list.
You may request removal at any time by contacting the company directly.
The company will not sell or share its mailing lists with external parties.

11. Privacy and Data Security

The use of personal information provided on the site is subject to the company's privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms of use. The full privacy policy is available on the privacy policy page.

12. Indemnification

The user undertakes to indemnify and compensate Actvtec, its directors, employees and those acting on its behalf, for any damage, expense, claim, liability or harm arising from:

A breach of these terms of use.
Unlawful or unauthorized use of the site.
Providing false, misleading or incomplete information.
The infringement of any third party's rights.

        13. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
        Governing law: these terms are subject solely to the laws of the State of Israel.
Jurisdiction: the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo District shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
Mediation: before initiating legal proceedings, the parties will seek to resolve disputes through direct dialogue within 30 days.
Limitation period: a claim arising from use of the site must be filed within one year of the date the cause of action arose; otherwise it will be time-barred.

    

14. Severability and Entirety of the Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full. A one-time waiver of a breach will not be deemed a general waiver. These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between the company and the user regarding the use of the site, unless a specific, separate agreement has been signed.

15. Changes to the Terms of Use

The company may update these terms at any time. The current version will be published on this page with an update date. Continued use of the site after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated text. We recommend reviewing this page from time to time.
